Feeling overwhelmed by IEPs or meltdowns?

Who I Help

I support parents of children who are neurodivergent, including those with autism, ADHD, sensory processing challenges, or behavioral and emotional difficulties. Many of the families I work with feel overwhelmed, unsure how to respond to their child’s needs, and exhausted from trying to navigate systems like school IEPs, therapies, and day-to-day meltdowns.

You might be:

  • A parent of a young child (ages 3–12) who struggles with communication, big feelings, or sensory overwhelm

  • Feeling lost when it comes to how to support your child at school or at home

  • Wanting to build a stronger connection with your child, but unsure where to start

  • Feeling anxious, isolated, or like you’re always “on edge” waiting for the next crisis

If that’s you, you’re not alone. I offer a safe, judgment-free space to process, learn practical tools, and create a plan that works for your unique child and family.
